You will have to travel to other places which could be in this or other countries. You then get to know the people at the conference in the area and you may go out with them. Most conferences last from 1-3 days or up to a week for most conferences. You will probably stay at a hotel.
You will not see your family and friends for the time it takes to get there and attend the conference. You would spend money and put into the local economy by going out at night and staying in a hotel.

You may not have to go to other places to have a conference, as you would have conference in your normal place of work. You can do it with people in this and/or other countries.
You can spend more time with family and friends. Put less money into other local economy. You spend less time socializing with other work colleagues. You spend less money on socializing as you only need to work with colleagues in a work situation.

Video conferencing is when two or more people have a conference using video and audio outlets on their computers. They do this from two or more separate locations this is very similar to a video telephone but instead of a telephone you use the internet.
Most of the time a video conference is used to perform meeting, conferences or interviews when the other person is unable to turn up in person, this is useful because this means important meeting can take place at anytime under majority of circumstances.
You can sell your products easier because you have no need for long-term travel when you can just present your product to a larger audience.
Pros and Con’s of video conferencing
Pros:
  • Cheaper way of communication with business associates.
  • No long term travelling to conferences or meetings, so not travel costs.
  • More than one meeting can take place at a time and any time.
Cons:
  • Not as personal as face to face business meetings.
  • Expensive equipment required for this type of communication.
  • There is a possibility of having problems with you connection causing lag or even a breakdown in connections.
When performing a video conference you will need this list of equipment;
  • A high quality webcam or camcorder
  •  Projectors
  •  Drop down screens,
  • Monitors,
  • Quality standard of headphones and microphones
  •  VCR or DVD recorders or players
  •  Wireless remote controls and auxiliary audio/video sources.
All these pieces of equipment are essential for good telecommunication with the workplace. Also another essential piece of equipment is a web conferencing server this allows easier interaction between clients.

How to set up a Video Conferencing

What you will need to set up a video conferencing;
  • High quality webcam or camcorder
  • Projectors, Monitors or TV
  • Drop down screens,
  • Quality standard of headphones or speakers and microphones
  • VCR or/and DVD recorders or players,
  • Wireless remote controls and auxiliary audio/video sources.
  • Software for the webcam
  • Video conference service provider


  1. Paid video conference provider and connect to the video conference area
  2. Connect the webcam or camcorder to the computer or server and install onto the software for running the webcam or camcorder. Connect the speakers or headphones.
  3. Check that the viewing screen is working and everyone can be seen on it at both ends and the software is working properly.
  4. Start the conference.

what I'm do this weekend (5-7 of November)

This weekend I will be going onto the boat called the Morning star and the two night trip is run by the Morning Star Trust.
I'm really look toward it.

It was really good I would recommend it to anyone which need to do improve their team work skills.
